1. Position the wheel so the valve core is in the upper half of the wheel
2. Remove the valve core with the tool found on the bottle cap
3. Once the tyre has fully deflated, try to remove the cause of the puncture
4. Attach the hose and install the sealant into the tyre
5. Replace valve core
6. Inflate the tyre using an air compressor
7. Drive immediately to spread the sealant, then stop to verify the seal and check the air pressure
