Repco Headlight Restoration Kit - Two-in-one headlight restoration and protection

The Repco headlight restoration kit offers a simple 7 process to achieve crystal clear, bright and glossy headlights which remain protected from future oxidation, yellowing and fading from the harsh outdoor sun and road conditions. Complete with everything you need to get stuck into restoring your headlights, this kit contains enough product to restore 3 sets of headlights to their former glory for increased road visibility and a clean, crisp aesthetic for the front-end of your vehicle.

To use the Repco headlight restoration kit, follow this simple procedure:

1. Mask the area around the headlight with the paper and tape included.
2. Sand the headlight surface with the supplied sanding block.
3. Sand the headlight surface with 600 grit sandpaper, followed by 1000 grit sandpaper.
4. With the provided cloth, wipe the headlight surface free of any dust.
5. Vigorously shake the UV protectant spray can for 3-4 minutes before spraying a light, even coat over the headlight.
6. Once dry, apply a second coat and then move onto the next headlight, repeating the above.
7. Once dry, remove all tape and masking.
