Boot & Tailgate Components

Boot mats are a very popular item in this section as they are prone to the most wear and tear from all boot related products. Most cars will not have an original boot mat as they will have been destroyed over this long a period of time. Only well pampered cars will have theirs complete with no splits, cracks or missing sections. The rubber boot mat works really well as it does not absorb moisture, cushions items on top of it and provides a non-slip surface to stop items sliding around the boot.

It covers up the spare wheel, hides jack components and covers up the fuel tank. It makes the boot look neat and tidy. The other popular item is the mdf panels that sit behind the wheel arches. They cover up the cavity formed by the bottom of the rear quarter panel and the inner boot as it comes up to cover the subframe rail. Most get removed for extra storage space or due to water damage and were thrown out. They help the boot mat sit better as it sits flat if they are installed.
