Car decals or car stickers or transfers are all words that describe a piece of printed vinyl with glue on the back to stick on a car. Vinyl car decals are used for anything and everything like car and model branding, striping, instructions, warnings, engine sizes to speedo metric conversions.

This is a stand out as the style, quality and colours catches your eye when the bonnet is opened. The message spells out the engine size, originally in cubic inches, then it went to litres when we changed to metric.

Speaking about the change to metric, a car sticker to convert the old miles per hour speedometer to kilometres per hour are also popular. These custom transfer stickers were available in the 70's when the change occured. It helped people with older vehicles adapt to the new limits. They are used today as any classic import from the USA is in miles per hour.
