If you own any old classic car, brakes are the most important thing to keep in top working condition. The reason is you drive it in traffic with modern cars and unfortunately the brakes are not as good as most of the cars around you. Over the year brakes have gotten bigger and better as well as features like ABS brakes to stop skidding. Your old classics brakes, while good in their day, are not as good as todays even if they are brand new.

This is why keeping them in top shape is important, plus allow extra distance for braking when driving your classic.
