Engine Bay parts covers battery hold down clamps for various classic Ford & Holden models. Battery hold downs are important as you do not want your battery falling over onto your engine during hard cornering. They need to be tied down to the battery tray as they are heavy and will cause a lot of damage if left to flail around in the engine bay. It is not just their sheer weight, being filled with acid is the other issue if they are tipped over. They need to be vented so the acid can find its way out of the casing.
ID Tag Rivets
They make a range of ID tag rivets for the metal vehicle identification tags that are put onto the body. Usually found in the engine bay they have the vehicle's unique identifying number stamped on it as well as options like Engine type, Transmission type, Rear axle, Paint and Trim codes. It also lists all the Australian design rules the vehicle complies to.
