Application: Nylon brushes do not scratch and therefore are appropriate for cleaning and polishing of metallic surfaces such as automobile bodies, tile, stone and concrete, plastic materials, plus stainless steel and aluminium.Technical Features: All of Josco's red nylon brushes are made of 80 grit nylon filaments impregnated with aluminium oxide abrasive particles. They have a high range of flexibility without danger of breakage, providing a long working life and an increased measure of safety. They are suitable for dry applications only, and are to be used in power drills.Operating Performance: Optimum performance is obtained at the recommended working speed range of between 1,000 RPM and 2,500 RPM. Speeds above the recommended ones may smear the work piece due toheat build-up.
