COMEX fans are developed to offer and guarantee the highest performance and a long service life. Their extensive range of high performance electric axial fans cover all applications from high performance road cars and 4WDs through to industrial, agriculture and mining vehicles. Thanks to COMEX’s advanced manufacturing techniques and premium quality components, COMEX fans are able to resist to the most extreme weather and working conditions (e.g. dust, mud, rain, snow, ice).
Company
COMEX Europe was founded in 2001 and it immediately established itself as an innovative company in the field of high-performance D.C. Fans, becoming a benchmark for the international market. COMEX fans are used in all applications requiring high performance and premium quality. As a result of the company’s extensive experience and the consistent research in new and advanced technologies they provide fans of absolute excellence.
Performance and Efficiency
COMEX premium fans are designed to deliver the highest levels of performance, efficiency and noise output. The advanced axial fan technology COMEX has developed throughout their extensive history has resulted in some of the most efficient and highest performing electric fan motors on the market. Delivering impressive torque COMEX fans continue to hold high CFM ratings when fitted to thick or dense heat exchanger cores, this is particularly evident when compared to other competitor fans. COMEX have developed advanced fan blade profiles which deliver high levels of performance while maintaining low noise levels, this is particularly desirable on road cars.
Quality Control
Every COMEX fan is 100% tested at 3 different stages before it leaves the factory:
First the fan motor is electrically tested, then the sealing and the waterproofing is tested to ensure there are no leaks and finally, when the motor is assembled with the remaining components, the fan is then tested to verify it performs as specified.
