From the origins of some of the first automobiles built prior to 1900, Bosch have forever been at the forefront of automotive equipment and have grown to become one of the world's largest manufacturers of automotive parts. Their products and technology are found in virtually every car make across the globe, and this continual research and development enables not just industry leading spark plugs but a comprehensive range of distributors and parts, master cylinders as well as alternators to name just a few. When it comes to fitting replacement parts insist on Bosch quality to give you the peace of mind that comes from original equipment.

How to change spark plugs when upgrading to Bosch:

  • Confirm with manufacturers specifications on the thread reach of the spark plug
  • Clean surface around gasket seat / spark plug hole to remove any dirt
  • Insert spark plug and tighten until finger tight and the gasket touches the cylinder head
  • Use a Spark Plug Wrench or correct spark plug socket to then tighten a further half to two-thirds of a turn to fully seat your Bosch spark plug (Conical seat plugs require a further 1/16th turn)
