Borum Pedestal Drill 12 Speed 2 HP

This Borum Pedestal Drill delivers precision and power and is ideal for producing holes in hard substances. A selected drill (drilling) bit is held in a rotating spindle and is fed into a workpiece, which is usually clamped in a vice resting on the adjustable table. The drill bit may be gripped in a chuck with three jaws, or it may have a tapered shank that fits into a tapered hole in the spindle.

This pedestal drill has been specifically designed for for a variety of workshop applications and in particular is suited to meet the the demands of medium and heavy duty production work and accurate enough to consistently deliver precise results. Features include a heavy duty 2 HP enclosed motor, a double-wide spindle bearings, a precision spindle, 12 drilling speeds from 210 to 2,160rpm and a huge 32mm drilling capacity plus much more!
